Aloha! My name is Bob Ishii and I grew up on Kauai and now reside in El Segundo, California. My brother, sister, and I, own a beach front property on the island of Kauai. I was having problems with the integrity of my property manager. I called one of my cousins who lives on Kauai and asked her if she could recommend an honest contractor to do any work that was needed on the property. She recommended Josh Copeland. I spoke with Josh and asked him to check on some of the things that the property manager said needed immediate attention. Josh checked them out and related to me that most things were OK and that he would take care of those that needed attention. He saved me a more than a thousand dollars on just that one job. I later changed our property manager (ReMax) and they also knew and liked Josh's work and honesty. Sadly, it's pretty hard to find honest people doing any job in today's world.
